Newlands Arabian Stud was established in 1967 by Dr and Mrs Tucker of South Australia who have been dedicated to the preservation of the unique pure Crabbet Arabian horse renown for their beauty, intelligence, versatility and stamina. 

Newlands' prides itself on producing high quality Crabbet Arabians for saddle pursuits that succeed due to their steadfast temperaments, sound conformation and movement.  Over the past 38 years our stock has gone onto compete successfully under saddle in both open and Arabian competition in the form of showing, dressage, endurance and pony club.

We currently stand three purebred stallions at stud: the pure crabbet stallions Zahriz (Sarafire x Silette) and Maximus SP (Fenwick Panache x Nakeeda), together with the 96.75% crabbet stallion Avondale Elegant (Jantason Cass Ibn Rish x Avondale Elegance).  Enquiries are welcome via our contact details on the Contact page.
